About Me
I’ve always been curious about people — what lights them up, what breaks them open, what makes them feel most alive. That curiosity led me to study journalism and poetry, imagining I’d one day travel the world asking life’s big questions.
After college, I did just that — living in Barcelona, writing for a magazine, and teaching English. I devoured personal development books, studied yoga and energy work, and became obsessed with understanding the mind-body connection. I did yoga teacher trainings in New York and San Francisco, backpacked solo through India and Southeast Asia, taught in ashrams and hostels, lived barefoot on an island for six months, and trained in Reiki.
But in 2020, everything changed.
After months of mysterious symptoms, I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease called scleroderma — progressive and incurable, the doctors said. My body, appearance, energy, and identity began to shift. I lost a relationship I thought would last forever. I felt like the ground had disappeared beneath me.
But somehow, through the feelings of anger, fear and overwhelm, I knew: Everything I had studied up to that point had been preparing me for this moment.
So I rolled up my sleeves and got to work. I explored everything: gut healing, neuroplasticity, energy medicine, nervous system regulation, trauma healing, prayer, visualization, and countless nutritional protocols. I became my own experiment in transformation.
And I began to heal.

I came to understand that healing wasn’t about a perfect diet or a quick fix — it was about alignment, balance, and deep, cellular self-trust.
I refused to live under a label of chronic illness.
I decided to create a state of chronic wellness.
To me, chronic wellness is a frequency — a steady stream of well-being that’s always available to us. It’s remembering that we are not broken, that our bodies are wise, and that healing is something we allow, not force. And I believe the path back to remembering that is a sacred adventure.
Now, as a certified wellness coach, I support others navigating health challenges and life transitions to reconnect with their bodies, regain their energy, and build resilience. I’m here to offer the guidance and support I once needed. I’ve been in remission since 2024 — and I’ve never felt more powerful in body, mind, or spirit.
If you’re ready to reconnect with your inner strength and begin rewriting your story,
I’d be honored to walk beside you.
